Position Overview

We’re seeking purpose-driven individuals—especially military spouses, veterans, and licensed agents—ready to build something bigger than a job. If you’re committed, coachable, and passionate about empowering others, this could be your next mission.

What You’ll Do

  • Educate families on financial principles that build long-term wealth.
  • Guide clients on income protection, debt management, and retirement planning.
  • Leverage warm markets & proven systems (in-person or virtual).
  • Host financial education events & team-building presentations.
  • Develop and mentor a team as you grow.

We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Life & Health Agents (or actively pursuing licensing).
  • Military spouses or veterans seeking flexible, impactful work.
  • Background in sales, leadership, or advising is a plus.
  • Clear communicators with integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Growth-minded people who want to build generational wealth.
  • Bilingual is a plus; passion is even better.
